Normally when you are working with a Voice AI system like VAPI, Retell, Bland, etc. you have to write Make.com or Zapier.com automations in order to view transcripts, email them, or send notifications when new calls come in.
Testzilla's Transcripts feature provide a simple way to manage your transcripts without having to write any automations. Copy the provided Webhook URL from the Transcripts page and paste that into the Server Webhook field for the Voice AI system.
VAPI UI Configuration Instructions
Paste the Testzilla Webhook URL into the Assistants->Advanced->Server URL field.
Ensure that under Server Messages the "end-of-call-report" option is enabled.
Save the settings.
Future calls will send the transcripts to Testzilla Transcripts.
Retell UI Configuration Instructions
Paste the Testzilla Webhook URL into the Agents->Webhook Settings->Agent Level Webhook URL field.
Save the settings.
Future calls will send the transcripts to Testzilla Transcripts.
Bland UI Configuration Instructions for Outbound Calls
Paste the Testzilla Webhook URL into the Phone Numbers->Use Number->Webhook URL field.
Click Send Call to initiate a call.
Future calls will send the transcripts to Testzilla Transcripts.
Bland UI Configuration Instructions for Inbound Calls
Paste the Testzilla Webhook URL into the Send Call->Webhook URL field.
Click Send Call to initiate a call.
